Founded by Marylin J. Lewis in 2000, The Erotic Authors Association is an organization for writers of erotic literature and erotica by writers of erotic literature and erotica. Membership is open to all published writers, whether they write solely in the erotic realm or have a few works of a slightly erotic nature.
The EAA’s members include authors of fiction, poetry, drama, and nonfiction. The members work in a variety of genres of erotic literature and erotica – including, but not limited to: heterosexual, GLBT, genre literature such as science fiction or fantasy, leather/BDSM/fetish or other forms of kink, original slash and femslash, yaoi and yuri, and erotic romance of all flavors and types.
The EAA also welcomes professionals and organizations that work with erotic writings or erotic authors. Current industry members include publishers, photographers and artists.
